Shipping
We ship worldwide – shipping costs are calculated when you select your delivery country at the checkout. Shipping charges include packaging and handling costs, and are based on the dimensions and price of your artwork. You will see several options for shipping and the cost of these outlined alongside them at the checkout. Please select your preferred shipping option and the cost will be added to your cart.
Please note that US customers are classed as separate shipping zone as of July 1st 2020 and as such the cost of shipping items to the USA is now more expensive than any other destination. Our shipping costs are based on Royal Mail prices and as such are subject to change dependent on the stipulations with Royal Mail and USPS.
UK Domestic orders will arrive within 2 weeks. International orders please allow 3-4 weeks but please note that this can take up to 6-8 at. busier times of the year such as Hannukah and Christmas. We are not responsible for delays in customs. Please use your tracking number to follow your parcel on it’s journey to you and note that you can sign up for updates via the USPS website to receive tracking updates to your email.
Customers are responsible for any customs charges, if applicable. We are not responsible for any customs charges or duty fees. Please contact your local customs office prior to purchase for more details on duties, taxes and fees according to your countries regulations.
Custom artworks, such as commissions, are shipped either via Royal Mail or will be shipped using a courier if they are larger canvas pieces. These pieces are professionally packaged by my courier and shipped via FedEx or UPS tracked and signed for.
Delayed Post
While postal delays are rare, please take into account that there are busier times of year, such as Christmas, where your order may take longer than expected. Please check your tracking number to follow where your parcel is in its journey to you.
Please note that parcels can take up to 6 weeks to clear customs at certain times of the year. Until they clear customs they are technically not “delivered” to the country they are shipping too. Once they clear customs they are officially part of that countries postal service and tracking will resume as normal.
Should you have any concerns, please get in touch and we will endeavour to help as best we can within our power to do so.
For any other enquiries regarding postage delays or information specific to your order, please get in touch.
Returns
All sales for original artworks and prints are final and non refundable. Exceptions are made in case of any damage incurred whilst shipping. If this happens, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your parcel at nocciolathedrawer@gmail.com
Please retain all packaging as photos are needed for my insurance. For insurance purposes we require a minimum of 3 well lit, detailed photographs of said damage to the parcel and the packaging. If there are any issues we recommend 6 photos minimum which detail all damages. If you are unable to provide detailed images of the damage, we are unable to move forward on a refund. Please note we may ask the damaged item to be returned for the claim so do not throw the item away until you have confirmed with us that we do not need it to pursue your claim further. All shipping charges for an item that does need returned are the initial responsibility of the buyer – these can be refunded by ourselves after the buyer provides proof of shipping and a receipt and we will then refund the shipping cost.
Lost Items
It is an incredibly rare event, but unfortunately sometimes due to circumstances out of our control, an item may be lost in transit. If this is an item which can be replaced (eg print, tshirt, stickers) then we can discuss reshipping a new parcel with the same items purchased or we can refund the entire cost of the parcel to you, the buyer, whichever you prefer.
Please note that we are not responsible for items lost in transit. Once the item is with Royal Mail or our courier service, it is the responsibility of Royal Mail or the courier service to get the item to you safely and in a timely manner. We will of course endeavour to help you in every way we can, to the best of our power.
Should an original painting be lost in transit, please note that this is an incredibly rare event and due to circumstances out of our control. All items are shipped with Tracking and Signature via a courier service to ensure their utmost safety and your peace of mind throughout transit. It is the responsibility of the courier to get the item to you in a safe and timely manner. It is not the fault of Nocciola The Drawer should an item go missing in transit. It is our responsibility to liase with the courier service to determine why this has happened if possible and to refund the cost of the original artwork to you.
If your original painting is lost, we will endeavour to resolve this where it is in our power to do so. All original paintings are insured for shipping and all claims will be made by Nocciola The Drawer to the courier service.
